PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders to addresses within the United States.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the "Tracking" page on our website or directly through the carrier's website.
ORDER CONFIRMATION You will receive an order confirmation email after you complete your purchase. This confirms that we have received your order and it is being prepared for shipment.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at
livesites@proton.me within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
